The Beef Initiative #FoodIntelligence Summit will take place at White Oak Pastures, where - Will Harris, fourth-generation cattleman, will lay the foundation for our summit and explain how the historic farm went away from regenerative agriculture...and back again.

"Podfather" Adam Curry of the No Agenda Show will co-host the event. He has been an advisor and supporter of the Beef Initiative since our launch. Adam will discuss the Value-For-Value concept and how it is driving an international lifestyle.

Heritage Woman Panel - Ann Warren, BTC_Coco, and Tye Jackson. The group will discuss being a strong enough woman to bring back natural health and clean eating into our homes and families. Coco will discuss home birth and the history of demonizing the All-Natural birth, homeopathic doctors of the past, and the rise of indoctrinated medical schools and big pharma. Tye will cover the medial and scientifically proven toll the Covid mandates have taken on our children and families, and the big government overreach - and how to successfully navigate around that while truly "leaving no child behind." Ann will also share her experience with homeschooling and the realistic practicality of managing a home while successfully educating children. Bonus: they will cover a few eye-opening facts about childhood diseases that should never have appeared in children.

Charles Mayfield owns and operates Mayfield Pastures and Farrow Skincare. A former personal trainer, he researched nutrition to help his clients reach fitness goals, a step that led him to study regenerative farming and growing food in a way that could heal both the body and the planet.

Bradley M. Davis – Brad Davis is a Shareholder with the law firm Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he advises clients on business and regulatory issues. He has been involved in the launch and expansion of the Beef Initiative, and he also works with Farrow Skincare and Mayfield Pastures. Brad and Texas Slim will talk about some of the legal challenges and solutions facing ranchers, processors, and startup businesses operating in and around the space of decentralized, regenerative agriculture.

Ann & Weldon Warren are the owners of Holy Cow Beef in Texas, where they raise American Grassfed Association-certified Grassfed Angus beef. Their journey from professional careers into ranching included and eye-opening transition to healthful eating that positively impacted Weldon’s recovery from stroke, much to the amazement of his doctors.

Micah Jackson, MPAS, PA., Worldview Wellness -- Micah's career began in conventional medicine - that led him to observe its limitations - and develop a more nuanced understanding of the root causes of disease in the conventional setting. Micah transitioned to a career in Integrative/Functional medicine and began focusing on a personalized model of clinical practice utilizing informed consent, education, and disease prevention. Later, he enrolled in the Metabolic Approach to Cancer masterclass through Dr. Nasha Winters, ND, FABNO and the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health where he was trained in this terrain-centric approach to cancer and general wellness. In 2022, he founded Worldview Wellness with his wife Tye, where he serves as a terrain-based health consultant.

Econoalchemist – generates content focused on bitcoin self-custody, censorship-resistance, and home mining. His is a Bitcoin Magazine contributor, Upstream Data affiliate, and contributes to the Braiins Systems Mining Insights blog. He will address security, privacy, and mining.

Drew Armstrong – “btc_buddhist” – Drew is President and COO of Cathedra Bitcoin, a world-class bitcoin mining company that believes sound money and abundant energy are the keys to human flourishing. Prior to Cathedra, Drew was a founding member of Galaxy’s bitcoin mining team after starting his career in investment banking.

Carni Clemenza and Mr. Sollozzo teamed up to form the popular “Meat Mafia,” where they dispense insights on health, fitness, and protein based from their own practical experiences. They aim to help people gain health and feel better.

Texas Slim is the founder of the Beef Initiative and podcast host of Texas Slim's Vision; operator of @modernTman and founder of beefinitiative.com and texasslim.substack.com. Slim will discuss and provide an overview of the organization, goals, how farmers and ranchers can obtain market access, and how consumers can increase access to healthy, locally-raised beef, and the importance of #FoodIntelligence in our daily lives.

The event will include tours of White Oak Pastures.
